If the item is stated as "Ready to Ship" processing is 1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). If the item is stated as pre-order processing/production is 1 to 3 weeks.

Express shipping is based on the item(s) purchased. Please send an email to contact@breadaeshon and we’ll assist this for you. 

If your order is still in transit, we recommend to contact USPS for an update. You can find their contact on their site USPS.com

If your order says it was delivered we recommend to contact USPS immediately, they can take create a case to track your package. They will be your sole point of communication as once we have dropped it off at USPS, we no longer have access to make any updates or get any updates .

Please note that all items are handmade, therefore all sales are FINAL. However, we recommend to contact us at contact@breadaeshon.com as we may be able to provide some assistance at our discretion .

We are sorry to hear that, please note that if the item is defective, we ask that you contact us at contact@breadaeshon.com no later than 2 days after delivery. Any contact outside of the 2nd day, we will not be able to provide support. If you contact us within the timeframe we will be able to provide support.
